On November 14th, Uniting Nations' debut album 'One World' has been released on Gusto; a feast of endorphin-inducing feelgood tracks that kicks off with the massive hit 'Out Of Touch', swiftly followed by their second single, the original 'You and Me' before launching into a host of uplifting dancefloor anthems. Their single Ai No Corrida featuring Laura More has been released on Monday 7th November.

So who is Laura More? Without realising it you may already know her as most of the country spent last summer watching her do amazing things (with a towel) in the video for Eric Prydz's 'Call On Me'. Despite not being born when 'Ai No Corrida' was first released by Quincy Jones, Laura knew it would make a perfect pop-dance smash for 2005.

A must for every DJ and self-respecting clubber, the album cements Daz and Paul's reputation as two of the foremost hit songwriters working in dance music today. With the exception of Out Of Touch and the extended Out Of Touch (I Love You So Much) all songs were written and produced by Daz and Paul. The duo employ a rather unusual method for songwriting - with Paul in Scotland and Daz in Manchester the guys file share using MSN Messenger enabling Paul to carry on with his day job as a policeman whilst having a virtual online studio.

Unusually the album also has a section of DJ Tools - with accapella versions of 5 of the songs as well as guitar and drum samples enabling bedroom DJs to remix Uniting Nations with ease.

Uniting Nations' frontman Craig Powell is joined on vocals by Donovan Blackwood and Jinian Wilde. Donovan, who sings on the track She's Special, has sung with various artists including Tina Turner, Lionel Ritchie and Enrique Iglesias and enjoyed his own club chart success in the 90s. Jinian is known for his "soundalike singing" and did an awesome impression of Prince on Space Cowboy's I Would Die 4 U and recorded the "Daryl Hall vocal" on Uniting Nations' version of Out Of Touch but on the other tracks he vocals on the album he is singing as himself for once!

Out Of Touch (I Love You So Much) - a version of Out Of Touch with a verse! - was an airplay hit in both Australia and America and this extended version, exclusive to the UK album, has been included following many requests from DJs.
