The Maine joins the Fearless Family and will release The Way We Talk, on December 11, 2007. Heading straight for your ears are the new kids on the block; The Maine. Springing to life in January of 2007, this five piece ensemble includes vocalist John O'Callaghan, guitarist Kennedy Brock, bassist Garrett Nickelsen, guitarist Jared Momaco and drummer Pat Kirch. The Maine was determined to do something different and stand out as originals. The band did not want to follow the screamo trend occurring in Arizona but wanted to play something new. They began drawing inspiration from 90s radio rock bands who happen to be their strongest influences and mixing it with their own original style and writing.
