New Zealand rock act Steriogram returns with “This Is Not The Target Market,” the second album in their repertoire and the first to be delivered via U.S. label Rock Ridge Music. Having issued their debut, “Schmack!” in 2003 while signed to Capitol Records, the five-piece decided to go indie with their latest release.
Featuring the infectious and frantic “Walkie Talkie Man,” “Schmack!” upped the band’s status to that of Grammy/MTV nominees, and provided opportunity to work with acclaimed French filmmaker Michel Gondry on the distinctive “yarn” clip for “Walkie Talkie Man.”
