Whoahah! Petey Pablo returns with his new album "Still Writing In My Diary: II Entry" on May 4, 2004. The man who was on Black Rob's "Whoa!" amazing remix returns with the new single "Freek-A-Leek".

Petey Pablo on his album: "I go everywhere on the album. I talk about everything. You ain't gonna hear no bling, blingin', that I killed 15,000 people, or how much my car cost or how many cars I got - cause that ain't rap. I only write what I feel, what I believe, what I have done, or what I want to do. Everything is real. As wild as some stuff may sound in my rhymes, either I've done it, thought about doing it, is gon' do it or I been through it in some shape, form, or fashion."

The single "Raise Up" from his first album "Diary of a Sinner: 1st Entry" became an anthem among hip-hoppers in the Carolinas. The new single "Freek-A-Leek" is also gaining popularity. On May 5th Petey Pablo will release a "Freek-A-Leek" 12? remix featuring J-Kwon & Jermaine Dupri.

One of the first tracks on the new album is "Did You Miss Me" featuring Baby and TQ. This will probably be released as a single because it is, how can I say this, hella hot!! The song is very addictive and TQ's return reminds you of TQ's fabulous debut album "The Coming". The album features some more great artists like Young Buck of G-Unit ("O It's On"), Bubba Sparxxx ("Get On Dis Motorcycle"), Missy Elliott ("Break Me Off") and Lil Jon ("U Don't Want Dat").

As you can hear on the audio & video tracks MusicRemedy has made available Petey Pablo still has the same raw voice on a Southern beat. The album includes no skits which is a rare thing these days. Petey Pablo did a great job adding the feature artists on the album to make it more diverse. Sometimes you might get a bit tired of the same flow but overall Petey Pablo manages to maintain your attention through most part of the album.
