Lauren Rose started singing and performing aged just 4. As a teenager she knew that her future lay in music and was given her first recording session as a Birthday present at the age of fifteen. By chance, she was overheard by producer Ryan Laubscher who immediately offered her an opportunity to work together on her debut album. Ryan was at the time working for music impresario Bryan Morrison (Pink Floyd and Elton John) who heard Lauren's voice and was blown away by her talent, declaring her to be a star in the making.
Having spent the best part of 2007 in the studio recording her debut album, 17-year old pop-star-in-waiting Lauren Rose is now ready to step out into the spotlight with her dazzling first single 'I Go To The Beach' which perfectly combines her angelic voice with an hypnotic melody.

Since coming out of the studio Lauren has spent time practising her trade gigging in clubs and bars across the UK. She was the first artist to be offered and accept a residency at popular London bar Tiger Tiger and it was at one of these gigs that Lauren caught the eye of Ray Quinn’s agent and was hand picked to support the X Factor finalist on his 30-date UK tour. Lauren will join Ray on the road at the end of September for two months.
Her debut album 'Here I Am' will be released in early 2008 and showcases the versatile sounds of Lauren Rose and her shining pop songs.
